the hotel staff were very responsive. daily cleaning with towel change occurred. a rich and varied breakfast was available. even though a conference was going on, it never felt congested.

the room was a bit warm and they could not fix it. i needed to sleep with a window open. the shower stream was super weak, i could not properly shower my hair.

The mini bar fridge had nothing inside. the cleaning staff tried to enter our room really early. Around 9:30 am. the view from the room was terrible. cushions were missing from the sofa, despite being in the photos

i found the room quite spacious. it had a lovely bathroom with great toiletries, including moisturiser and conditioner. water was available to fill up our bottles in the lobby, i appreciated this. the location was amazing for walking to all the main city attractions, and it was very easy to get around..

the housekeeping wasn't great. one day they missed cleaning one of our rooms, and only made it at 9 pm after repeated calls.

the shower had issues with cleanliness and limescale i also thought the shower's quality was nearing a state of breaking down the breakfast i ordered through room service was disappointing as the bread was stale furthermore the drinks order was initially incorrect adding to my frustration

the location was great, and it have good access to public transport. there were a lot of parking places close the hotel, that are free during the weekend. i enjoyed that room had a beautiful design and also it was very clean. it was worth the price i paid.

room 502 were fairly small. bathroom door wasn't closing properly, it was inflated by humidity. i discussed twice at the reception. but, it was solved in the end.
